Cardamom

We sell cardamom from West Java and West Sumatra. The cardamom we sell is also known as white cardamom or Javanese cardamom. Round in shape, sharp in flavor, robust in flavor, and white in color.

Shape	: Oval or slightly elliptical shape wrinkled, there are 3 (three) longitudinal grooves
Color	: White to golden color
Smell	: Characteristic aromatic cardamom
Taste	: Slightly spicy, mint flavor
Hardness	: when pressed with 2 fingers, the skin of the fruit will break
Moisture Content	: 17% – 20%
Essensial Oil Level	: Positive
Prossesing Type	: Clean (less land)
